Walter Deale asked Witness for a chew of Tobacco and turned off to go around and head the stock that had turned out of the road. Walter Deale took witness Pistol out of his cot Pocket. Witness went on after the stock He heard Walter Deale and Wily Royal talking and laughing along the raod, Witness in a minute or two heard the Pistol fire Witness looked and saw Wiley Royal stager of a few stepps and fall.
