The State vs. the Dead Body of Andrew

Says he was called in about midnight Ben came after him and that a limb had fallen on Andrew

Said that it was done by the limb of a tree falling on him (Andrew said so) he complained of a pain on the left side of his neck Extending into the shoulder

Ben & Andrew both asked him not to tell about it wanted to go for Dr & both B & A objected Both wished to conceal the affair, A & B both concurred in the tale that to be told to the overseer that a limb him struck a. Andrew said.
