The State vs. the Dead Body of A.

that the place where the body of the Child was deposded[?] was Shown to him by [?] Nelson. It was buried in a cloth without any coffin about a foot under ground some brick laid on the top of the group over the body. He further Saith that he discovered blood on the post rails which led him to belive that the Child had been murdered But previous to this discovery he asked Icarer[?] Nelson if there had not been a Child born in the house of John Nelson on the 10th or 11th of Jany 1832 Said yes I have saw it and you can see it if you desire
