I heard Clarence Gomillion ask Millege Burton for ten cents he owed him Mellege Said it was a Damn lie he owed him nothing, Burton then Struck him in the Mouth, and Knocked Clarence down, but when Clarence went to get up, Burton pulled his pistol and fired, as Clarence was getting up, Griff Zimmerman came running towards me but fell after the Shot was fired, I went to him and he died in three or four minutes ... There was no quarrel between Griff Zimmerman and millege Burton, millege Burton and Griff Zimmerman were both drinking
