Mrs. Sallie Goriey states she & Wiel Hall were 1st to get there. Clyde was drunk. It was about 3:30. Mrs. Parker was in shed sworn, where she was shot. Mrs. Parker told her that Clyde shot her and was trying to do some of his [?????]. Clyde told John Dixon, it wasn't any use to send for doctor. The Damn woman was Dying, that the damn food had shot herself.

Mr. G. C. Benny being sworn said . . . Dr. Funderburk asked Mary Parker why she shot herself she said she didn't do it. He asked her who did. She said them ole mean boys. He asked her what mean boys she didn't answer him he asked her if it was George that did the shooting she said no. He asked her if it was Clyde and she said, yes. He asked her which room she was shot in and she pointed and said the room over there. . . .
