Charles Ford Sworn says I was at my table when the row started . . . I heard some one say Charlie they are going to have a fun around here. I ran in to the room and hallowed be quit men at this time a Pistol fired in one corner of the room . . . I attempted to close the done and some one hit me with a brick on the back of the head keeping me out of the door and I cralled of in the grass and when I was cralling some on hit me in the back with an other brick. When I came to my senses all the shooting was over. I don't know who was doing the shooting. I gave a party. a dance. . . . I did not invite any one particular. . .
