Evidence of J. S. Sellers . . . when he left the house was closed . . . left a pistol in the house with all 5 chambers loaded -- the pistol that dead had in his hand after death belonged to him (the pistol was handed to him) two of the chambers had been discharged . . . for about two week I had noticed that dead mind was not right . . .
