Clarence Trapp Sworn. I was in my house the deceased here lying dead Albert Trapp was shot and killed. Just before he was shot a pistol was fired in my piaza & I went to see and in going in the door of my house, I saw Hop Thompson with a gun drawed stooping about & he fired his gun; he tried to pass by me in getting out of the door and the door way was so jammed he had to leave the gun behind & I got it and followed after him The next I knew Albert Trapp was down dying & the way the gun was pointing was sight to where Alberts body lay.
