Boyd Cathcart sworn says him and his Brother Laburn started hunting. they came to a ditch or branch. he asked me (witness) to hold the gun till he crossed. after crossed I handed him the gun: the gun went off after I let it go.... Laburn did not make express or speak after the gun went off or after he was shut but he turned and walked about 6 or 7 steps then he fell backwards and turned on his side. then I came and told mother Laburn was shot.
