Transcription: 

Yancy Butler being sworn - says he was in Azariah Butlers house about midnight - when a crowd of men came into the house - asked if they had any Guns in the house - took one rifle off with them - ordered Azariah to make up a light - tyed him with hook of thread and took him out of the house - Heard several shots fired in the cotton patch - the men were white men.
