Mary A. Wilson being sworn says - She saw Kellet when the gun fired, about one hundred yards distant - saw Kellet fall, saw no person, returned to the house immediately - saw no person near Kellet only one shot fired, Heard of no threats made - Was with Kellet the evening before when Azariah Butler came to the field about sundown and wanted Kellet to fix a gun for him the next day, left Kellet and Azariah in the field, near dark when Kellet came to the house.
