J.B. Watts - was sworn - was at Jack Valentines on the 31st day of Dec 1872 - Did not have any pistol when he left his home - The Pistol was returned to him that day (it having been loaned) did not Know the pistol was loaded - examined the pistol to see whether it was loaded at the same time, attempting to place the cock of the pistol on the Hammer of the same it fired accidentally - had the Kindest feelings for the Decd.
