Ben Moore Tesitifies that Robert Harris, the deceased was playing with Adaline Farrow in Washington Ferguson's house on this day at 2 or 3 oclock P.M. that a difficulty occurred between Robert Harris and Jefferson Fuller on account of Fuller's children that Jefferson drew a knife on Robert Harris and threatened him, that Jefferson Fuller after wards went to his own hoise and got a pistol; that he came up with the pistol cocked and struck the deceased over the head and then stepped back and discharged the contents at the deceased, that the deceased then fell as he turned around.
