Evidence of Matlida Jacob eat dinner here yesterday had his gun shot it off at the house. Jacob went off after dinner said he was going down to Mr. Gouldings. Peter was here last night after supper, went on to River, heard report of a gun after he was gone awhile, all said they expected Peter was shot.
