Geo McClintock sworn sayes. He lives in Dials Township. Was at Perry Grays at a little fair that was on last Friday night the 3rd inst. Jno Fuller and Logan Dendy were fighting. Perry Gray was standing of a few steps with pistol in hand, while they were fighting Perry fired I saw the first shot the crowd run over me as the [sic] went out of the house. I heard three other shots. Jno Fuller came up and daid he was shot. I asked who did it he said Perry Gray...
