Francis Rook, sworn, says she is the wife of deceased Perry Rook, says Dennis Rook killed her husband. This morning (Monday the 28th May) I was in bed. Perry went to the door and spoke to Dennis Rook I heard a gun shot, and Perry fell back into the house, I went to the door, saw Dennis, going off. I called him, he went on a short distance . I begged him to come back, and he came, said he did it accidentally. I know of no trouble between Perry and Dennis...
