Transcription: 

[6th witness] Lace Mickens, being duly sworne, says That he was standing near the corner of Prospect church on Sunday I saw George Sullivan coming up from Sarah James, Edgar Sullivan went out to meet him George caught hold of the pistol, and they struggled over it; and it went off, and George said he was shot... George carried the pistol in his hand to where James Blakely was standing, and the pistol then fell to the ground, and Edgar picked it up... I don't think they were mad with each other.
