John Williams Sworn Says I came to Willson Fryday's yesterday evening with Frank Kennedy. I was suckiing corn about 20 feet from the wagon body I saw little Proph Fryday when he came down and got in the boddy in a very short time I heard the report of the gun looked and saw Proph fall out of the boddy and saw my brother Ben where he caught him. I saw Willson & Frank Kennedy Take him to the house. Walter Colemand & my brother Ben was all the ones that was out there with me when he was shot.
