Jas. Park being sworn saith on yesterday about 1 o'c'k we had got the plate to an upright position it then fell over on the other side from which he was standing in the falling John Davis tried to make his escape he move in the wrong direction and the plate struck on the head which knocked him down and he died in six hours of the wound.
