Leroy Wingate --- . . . Tucker walked up same side I was on -- spoke to us _ How are you Roy hello Tucker . . . Louis Wright said I dont like the way you treat me (all was said) Lousi went to shooting -- gun was on seat of car. Shot 3 times. Nothing was said --Tucker didn't say anything . . .
W. H. King -- I called to Louis Wright he admitted shooting Council Tucker 3 times. Said he knew something about his Brother being killed he haven't told. He paid no argument. He shot him when he walked to car. Pistol was a 32 S & W . . .
