Hattie Jackson sworn says That Lon Jordon has been at my home for several days. When I started to go church I asked Lon if he was going to Church with me said no, he was not going church that I could take the children with him he said he was not going to church anymore. I thought he was joking our home is in sight of the church. We heard the sound of a shot gun at the church but did not pay any attention to it then. . . we have a shot gun at home. We left Lon Jordin here at home by himself and when he came back he was shot to death no one has been in house but Wade Jackson until you (Magistrate) came. I am sure he killed himself and no one else did it.
