Mrs. J. T. Hanna sworn says -- Gun fired Pistol. J. C. Hanna fired pistol ran out door with shot gun in one hand pistol in other ran down path by smoke house then heard another shot. Mr. Hinson was sitting left had side fire place in kitchen one pistol shot fired in house. They had been knocking on wall they were around fire in Kitchen laughing and talking not argument at all. J. C. Hanna Jr. was out in yard sawing planks. occurred about 5 or six o'clock. Mr. Hanna mind was badly infected for 7 or 8 yrs. He would fly off handle around house. Threatened to kill himself several times. He would tell me something if I didn't go away he would shoot me. No drinking. Happened at J. C. Hanna's house in Chesterfield County.
