When I turned around and started Luther Kelley throwed gun in my face. Seymore told him not to shooting me that I hadn't don't nothing. Reen Rivers happened up shot gun up in air and took it away from Luther Kelly. Told me lets got home not that their was no danger after I got over next to Mr. Will Hough home I met Luther again I asked him why he wanted to shoot me I hadn't don't nothing. He said cause I heard you wanted to play bad and then he throwed a Jun at me. I reached to catch him and he run there. I started home. but I was about twenty yrds from Seymore. and heard Seymore's mother hollow don't shoot me. and before I could look around the shotgun fired and I said catch him boys and I run about 20 steps after him (Luther Kelly) then there was about 4 shots made jut toward the house. I stopped and turned around I got back where Seymore was and asked him if he was hurt he said . . . I'm going to die. . .
