Witness Ramey Jefferson sworn says Rob Watkins, Mary Sellers, Ramey Jefferson, Charlie Eugene, N. S. Kimball taken a drunk at Mark Seller house. Rob Watkins got to cussing Mark Sellers asked him not to cuss as his wife was in there. Rob says God Damn you and your wife. Mark started to get his gun. Charlie says wait Seller don't do that and Mark stopped and said he respected Rob's family . . . They all went down back of the house to [???] the whiskey jug. They sit it down and made up a fire. Mr. Kimball fell down and I (Ramey) reached over to help him up and Rob hit me with a flash light and said Oh God Damn you let him (Kimball) alone. Mark asked Rob for his change and Rob cussed and said he had no change Rob pushed his overcoat back and Mark shot him. . . .
