J. M. Storm sworn says Jeff Hack Lee Jackson & my self were out bird hunting I cross with ditch Jeff & me & Lee cross a little further down Jeff crossed first when I got to them Jeff was a cross the ditch & had all ready fall to his rear I told hatch off him I asked him had he shot himself. He made no answer. Lee was still in the ditch crying I have killed my poor brother Jeff lived a bout 3 or 5 minutes I stayed with the dead boy & sent Lee for his folks.
