J. F. Hunter sworn says I was at the lot heard pistol shot I went upstairs to room, door was shut I opened it and went in, took hold of him and tried to get him to speak, but he didn't but he was alive. I left him and went back to him and found him
Dr. Thos Duncan sworn says I have this day examined Mr. J. F. Hunters body find gun shot wound over right war bullet passing into brain resulting in death from hemorrhage and shock.
