Isaac Lewis Sworn Says with Edgar Kelly & Neil Hendrix were coming up the road. Edgar was driving. Neil told Edgar to let him drive. Edgar says I have better driving & I can drive on one. Neil said says God damn it she is my horse & I can drive her and he struck Edgar in the face & Edgar says Neil what do you mean striking me in the face I have done nothing to you, then Neil knocked Edgar several times in the face. About this time both Edgar & Neil both went of the buffy together kind of hugged up together. Hey wrestled about and Edgar threwed him on the ground. . . Edgar told Neil to quit his boorishness that he didn't want to hurt him. Neil then got his gun out of the buggy & shot over Edgar twice. Neil then whirled around like he was going get some more shells out of the buggy & Edgar [???] the gun out of his hand. Neil then run huis hand is his pocket & got his knife, and after it was over Edgar says [??] Lord have Mercy he has cut me to death . . .
