Dr. G. W. Gregory sown says that there is no evidence of any violence what ever That Harry Harton died from natural causes and he died from natural causes and old age.
July Gardner sworn says Cecily Harton came to the field where I was at work yester to get me to come to see her father for he was dead and I came to the door and saw Harry Harton being dead in the home.
