Julia Little sworn says: Im the wife of deceased. This morning he appeared to be all right. . . He came back and told the children to kill him. they sid no. He then started to the woods to pray he said. I started with him but did not get there for he proposed to come back and pray with the children when we got back. He lay down on his bed and tried to shoot himself with the pistol said thet he did not mind to shoot any one.
