Carolina Wilks Being Sworn says the deceases is my husband. When he came from Cheraw he was drinking and complained of his left arm. He had told me that he was loading the mare and stumbled and hurt his arm. He has been in the habit of drinking and sometimes when he was that he was helpless and had no use of him self. He talked some after he came home and laid on the floor and not moving. I found out that he had not got to the bed. Jno Graham came down and helped deceased to the bed, he vomited some on the floor. Deceased was living where he when he was put on the bed. Several hours before he died, he was unconscious and motionless until he died after he was laid on the bed. I don't know what caused deceased death. . .
