I was at the fire out doors where the first Pistol fired and I told Tob to lets go home and we started home, and Will run up on us and says I have got you now, and Tob says Will donte shoot me I have never done you any harm in my life and Will shot and Tob ran[?] and I stepped in the house. When the shooting was over, I went to Tob and we went home. I did not know Will was killed when I left.

Ben Collins ... Will and me went[?] into the house, as Will was going into the house he asked for Tob More, he turned around and started out of the house, and some body shot out side of the house, as Will got near to the door, Will was inside when the shot was fired, Will went right out behind Tob More and Jack Harrison was behind Will. Will commenced shooting as he went out of the door, Will was shooting at Tob More, and Tob More run around the coroner of the house, and Jack Harrison was shooting at Will and running after him, Will fell and Jack Harrison shot at him after he fell and then struck him some two or three times after he fell with a stick
