went with Samuel Garner Lafayette Youngblood and Washington Carter to assist Garner in the arrest of Ed Glover the Decd saw Garner arrest him Glover seized Garner Gun double Barrel shot gun and tried to disarm him Garner halted witness who was within 15 or 25 feet after witness answered Glover Released his halt Garner and Witness ordered Glover did not stop Garner when decd had got about 15 or 25 yards off shot him with his gun in the Calf of his leg
