Tillman told me that George R Mays had shot him Tillman met Mays in the Road Tillman ask for half the Road and Mays did not give it and called him a dam rascal Mays then drew hi Pistol Tillman told Mays he was unarmed dam you I will kill you any how and fired three times and Tillman drove of and Mays told him dam you get out of your buggy and I will kill you any how
