Charles Price came into Mr Griffins Store and Sd good morning and asked Mr Griffin for his stick & Mr Griffin walked out and price Said I have met with a rascal I did not expect to meet & Said he had heard[?] decd, had said his daughter had swore a lie decd Said she had sore a life & Price then shot Jones down with a shot gun

you are hereby commanded and required to receive and Keep in close confinement in the Jail of your District the body of Charles Price
