Transcription: 

Depy Shff Gentry being duly sworn says I came to the jail to put Sancho Williams in the same cell that Isaac Montgomery was locked in. When I opened the door and put Sancho in he said look back there, what is that back there. I looked and saw the body of Isaac Montgomery hanging there by the neck. I shut the door & sent for the sheriff.
