C. B. Carr being sworn says that in about ten minutes after Riley Parker fell he saw him & remained with him until he died which was about ten minutes. Does not know cause of death of dec'd. C. B. Carr

Charles Snipes sworn says on Jan. 14th 1884 at Clifton he saw Riley Parker the dec'd and Janus Farrish engaged in a scuffle or play & saw Janus Farrish strike the dec'd once on right side with fists and the dec'd fell & as he fell his head struck an iron cup. did not hold any thing in his hand when he struck dec'd.
