Amy Rabb sworn, says: I live in this house. The Dec'd Munroe Rabb is my brother-in-law and lived here. He left here on yesterday morning to go to the R.R. [?] at the S&W Depot. Last nigth at 7 1/2 o'clcok he was brought here and had been badly hurt. Was alive but not conscious. Between 2 and 3 o'clock this morning he died. Any her mark Rabb

George Foster sworn says: I was on the down freight train on the C&W R.R. yesterday. Before we came in sight of Smith's Bridge I was riding on the top of the rear car and saw dec'd start from the Engine to walk back on top of the cars. When about half way back he sat down. Then rising again he started to walk on toward the rear. Soon after we came in sight of the bridge. I called to him that the bridge would hit him but he seemed not to understand. His back was to the bridge. As we passed under the bridge it knocked him down and he fell between two of the boxes. after the train passed I saw him lying on the side of the track. saw blood on one of his legs.
