William Pike, the father of the deceased, says that deceased told witness that he had swallowed a butter bean the rong way & deceased could feel it in his throat. This was some 10 days previous to his death & he complained until his death ... after he swallowed the bean he had a hacking cough and if he ran and fatigued himself it [?] him to get his breath but ate[?] [?] as usual
