The State vs. the Dead Body of Thomas W. Harrison

"Harrison went into Mr. Boundy's [?] Bar Room, kept by Francisco Japapro, known usually by the name of "Sancho," and called for liquor and cigars, which were delivered him--a dispute arose between Sancho and Harrison about an acct--Sancho gave Harrison the...[?] his several teens Harrison struck Sancho across the counter, Sancho then snapped a pistol at Harrison--Harrison then threw a tumbler at Sancho, and went out of the room--& he went out Sancho shot at Harrison with a pistol, Sancho followed & inquiring of what was Harrison after Sancho got outside the door, Harrison threw a rock at him and walked off. Sancho followed and fired a pistol."
