Caroline Johnson testifies "saw him before he fell out of wagon - heard him when he hollowed Wo! Wo! Wo! And trying to pull the line to stop the mule and mean while he fell forward with head down and was in that manner form opposite my house down to Sarah Farrow's when fell to the ground - I called Adaline Farrow to help stop the mule fast-running too fast - yet- was stopped at or in the river by some one or of its own accord.
