Hannah Henderson sworn states that it was only one hour from the time he left the house until he was found in the water and brought to the house again. She could hear him call for Richard Henderson several time it was raining & very dark She was in hereing of him all the time She cald to him to come to her he Henry Henderson told her to Stand Still and he would come to her She heard him Fall down near the Branch on a steep hill side he cald out to Richard a gain She heard him next plunge in to the water She then gave the alarm by Blowing the horn... went an searched the Branch and found him dead in the Branch think that the water was needeep [sic]...
