To any Lawfull Constable - Whereas Complaint hath been Made to me this Day by John Garrett of District afiresaid that on the 27th of this Instant he with Several Others in Company Did find a Male Child in an Old Mill house on the plantation of David Cowen in the District aforesaid, and the Said Child was Murdered, by having its Skull broke, and that he has Reason to Believe and Doth Believe that Jane Cowen of the District aforesaid, was present and Did aid and assist as an accessory in Murdering the Said Child - against the peace and Dignity of the State aforesaid. . .
