She heard a strange noise like some person throwing up, she hastened to the door and found him on the steps with his throat cut. She is perfectly satisfied that his mind has been in a deraned State for the last four months

knows that he has not been in his proper mind for months

I am satisfied that the deceased has been some more or less deranged in mind for some months back
