M. A. Hampton sworn, That on Sunday the 4.th Inst. The fire broke and after he had saved his own fence he woalked over to Mr. Martins, came back shortly and as he was walking out to a stump on fire, he discovered a Buggy turned on its Side he immediately went out to see, and found the deceased laying with the raines of the bridle wraped around his hands.
