1.st Witness George O'Neil Sworn says I never saw the Boy till yesterday, saw him in the water paddling with his hands--no person about the flat--was fishing could nto get to him started to his assistance as soon as possible he had sunk, his hat was floating on the water; did not see any one on the flat heard no quarreling with & other hands did not speak after I saw him, think he was in the water half an hour before he we got out with a hook
