Post Morten Examiniation at an Inquisition held by coroner Long of the Dead body of Green Tyler at Allens Store on the 28.th of Janry 1868. The Said body on evidence had beend dead more than 48 hours and from the cadavor and from the oath of several witnesses he had on the night previous, to his death drank one quart at least of good Strong Whiskey within one half hour--others had taken one and two good drinks according to evidence from the Same Jug and suffered no deleterious effect and from the entire absence of any mark of violence on a clse examination it was my opinion expressed to the Jury that the Said Green Tyler had died from the poison of Arden Spirits administered by himself--the Jury agreed that desection was unecessary and by the instructions of Coroner Long it was omitted Feby 4.th 1868.
