First witness, Olin Graham, duly sworn, testified as follows: The accident occurred on Highway no. 1 south of Cheraw about one and one-third miles from town about 4:30 Friday afternoon. I life on the mill village. I entered No 1. Above the water tank. When I arrived at the water tank I picked up three ladies in the car. It was about 175 or 200 yards after I pulled out on the highway where the accident occurred. I had just passed Mr. Stubbs riding his bicycle on the shoulders. I looked back down the road to see where I was going. The truck was approaching from behind. I didn't hear a horn blow. I heard a crash and after the crash I pulled over on the shoulder and stopped. I saw Mr. Stubbs lying on the ground. I asked the boy what did he want me to do call a doctor of get an ambulance and he said to get ana ambulance.
