1st Witness: Mr. Linsey Parks, duly sworn, testified as follows: Q. Where were you working? A. At the mill. . . The four of us were working on the tree. We were sawing it down with a cross-cut saw. Mr. Drew Browns and Mr. Luke were sawing it down. Me and Mr. Fletcher Boan were standing out of the way, over to one side of the tree. I walked out to some side of the tree and as I turned, I saw the limb falling. I called to Mr. Fletcher but he didn't seem to hear me so I called again. The limb struck him and knocked him down. I got to him just as quickly as I could. . .
