John Flowers Sworn I found a man dead in the Road Close to the Bridge when I found him . . . The ground was hard frozen when I found him. . . I did not know deceased. A Z. Eddins Sworn from the Sines that I saw I was certain he was drunk the night before I saw the body it was a very cold night I don't think the Sines in the road could have been made this morning. I think they wer made in the early part of the night. . . . my impression is he was drunk and fresed to death in the night . . .
