Delmar Burgess Sworn Says -- . . . We all go in the truck road to Mr. Maurer Anderson's station about 3 miles east of Pageland. Otis Terry wanted to get off there going to his home. He stopped truck on right had side of rad Otis Crawled off of truck into road just time he got in road car hit him. I saw him rolling down road. Man driving car pulled car to right ran into the field. I don't know speed car was making I just out of truck went back to where Otis was man driving car went back then to.
